Since 1987, Robyn Winters has worked with organizations and business professionals to strengthen productivity and performance, and to achieve a world class presence. Robyn's clients include Home Shopping Network, Delta Air Lines, Florida Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, American Express, and the American/Florida Societies of Association Executives. As a coach, she has worked with hundreds of clients to strengthen their business presence and enhance their career success.

Prior to starting her business, Robyn was a Human Resources Training & Development manager for Fortune 500 companies. She holds an M.A. from Wesleyan University and, since 1995, has been an adjunct faculty member of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
